Every individual has a zodiac sign that pertains to them, and every sign has different and unique characteristics that set each other apart. One could be feisty, courageous, and down to earth while others could be willful, curious, and warm. Below are the twelve zodiac signs with a brief description so you can see how accurate your sign is in describing you!

Aries: March 21 – April 19

As the first zodiac sign, Aries have given themselves the title of the leader which can come off as a bit bossy at times. But as a leader, they set the example of doing everything first, whether they fail at it or not. They are confident in themselves and this confidence drives their desire to prove to everyone how strong they are. They are not afraid to do or try anything, they show a lot of courage and ambition as well as their competitiveness. They will come off as intimidating to others because of the strong persona they give off, but when befriending an Aries, you don’t need to show off or do anything amazing to catch their attention. Just be yourself, they don’t like anyone being anything but themselves around them.

 

Taurus: April 20 – May 20

When everything seems to be falling apart you most likely will find a Taurus sitting calmly in the middle of a field just relaxing and feeling unbothered by anything. They are the definition of calm, other signs use Taureans as their rock when they need peace in their life. Their mind and body are strong enough to go through anything because they don’t worry themselves about the chaos that happens in the world. Taureans do struggle with rewarding themselves too much, they will go overboard with gifts but it’s only because they always believe they deserve it. When making friends this sign is loyal and will stand by your side, and they may get a little possessive. They do not like sharing their friends very much but at least you know you’ll be appreciated and loved by a Taurus.

 

Gemini: May 21 – June 20

If you were to take a trip inside of a Gemini’s brain you would see chaos because they are always changing their mind and always pursuing different interests. Some would compare them to shapeshifters because of their changing personality. It’s only because they are thinking and doing too many things at once. You just don’t know who you are going to get with a Gemini since they are unpredictable. With their never-ending list of interests, they pick up on odd and interesting knowledge that not most people will know, they are a walking Google. Similar to Libras, they will change who they are due to the people they hang out with and the vibe that others give off. But deep down they stay thirsty for knowledge, once they learn a skill, they get bored and move on to the next one. That is why keeping them in one place is difficult since they will continually seek a new challenge to conquer.

 

Cancer: June 22 – July 22

Most Cancers tend to be the mom or dad of their friend group, they take on nurturing and maternal/paternal characteristics. They are deeply sentimental and emotional, but they do not like to show it, instead they pretend that everything’s ok. They shield themselves with a tough exterior so it will take a while to get through to have them open up. But when they do it’s worth it because they are one of the most lovable signs and they are super genuine to those around them. If you need to vent then a Cancer is someone you can go to, they are a safe person to be vulnerable with.

 

 

Leo: July 23 – August 22

Stand back and watch out because the star has arrived. It makes sense that most celebrities are Leos because this sign is extremely theatrical. They are dramatic, confident, creative, and love to dazzle the socks off anyone around them. They have this warmth about them, they can attract anybody to them with their humor, charisma, and loving nature. Leos are strong and courageous; they will be the first ones to volunteer for a task and will always be the daring one out of the friend group to try something new. All this plays a part in Leos being natural-born leaders, others will look up to them for their guidance and assistance.

 

Virgo- August 23 – September 22

Everything needs to be perfect, there is no room for mistakes when it comes to Virgos. People may call them perfectionists or even clean freaks, but they are this way because they like to keep everything in its place. Virgos insist on helping others, they take joy and comfort in helping those in need and keeping them happy rather than focusing on themselves. They are the least selfish zodiac. Virgos can be described as a filing cabinet; they take all the information that is given to them and they find a way to organize it all so to keep the information for later. So, if you ever feel like you need someone to help with anything, you are going to need to find yourself a Virgo friend, they will find a quick fix to any problem you have.

 

Libra: September 23 – October 22

It’s difficult to understand who Libras are because they are mirrors, depending on who is around they’ll mimic and copy those characteristics. Even though they copy others deep down they’ll stay true to being the peacekeepers that they are. They embody balance and harmony among others, they like to keep everyone happy. Conflict is one thing that they try to avoid as much as possible. Libras like to surround themselves with beauty; either material things, affection, or someone’s inner beauty. They find beauty in everything; love is their go-to language.

 

 

Scorpio: October 24 – November 22

It is difficult to read a Scorpio at times because they come off as mysterious and somewhat intimidating to others because of those piercing eyes. They’re like detectives, they are always watching everyone and everything, they prefer to be the ones asking the questions because they want to know every detail of what is happening around them. Scorpios are fearless and jump into any situation headfirst without thinking but when it comes to trusting others it is difficult. But when you find your way behind their thick shell, they’ll give you the world and their full attention. They’ll be one of the best friends you will ever make. If you need someone to keep your secrets then go find a Scorpio, they will make sure your secrets never see the light of day.

 

Sagittarius: November 23 – December 21

A Sagittarius is that one friend that never grows out of their childish ways, they enjoy life to the fullest and are always a ball of energy wherever you go. They are the ones that will take you on adventures and have you rolling on the floor laughing with their funny stories and sense of humor. They are very vocal and truthful with their opinions, what they say comes out as blunt because they don’t usually think before they speak. This can sometimes lead to getting in trouble. Capricorn: December 22 – January 20

Capricorns see life as a project that they are trying to perfect from start to finish. Capricorns are ambitious, determined, and dedicated individuals. Everything around them is a competition and their competitor is themselves. They always find ways to try and better themselves. When trying to better themselves they will come off as stubborn due to how dedicated they are. They want to show everyone around them how independent and strong they are. Being in a leadership position is where they thrive. They don’t ask or look for praise from others but instead want to be respected by others.

 

 

Aquarius: January 21 – February 18

Aquarius individuals are one of the nicest signs to come by, they are the type to bring you homemade cookies to make you feel better or to just put a smile on your face. They will never want to be on anyone’s bad side so that is why you’ll mostly likely see them on the sidelines of a fight instead of actually picking sides. Aquarians are adventurers and they stay curious, they look at the world as a place filled with endless possibilities. They aim to make the world a better place with their charitable and generous ways towards others.

 

 

Pisces: February 19 – March 20

Pisces are not afraid to show their feelings and emotions. If they are sad, angry, or on the verge of tears then you will know it. Their strong intuition helps keep them connected with others and sympathize with what they are feeling. Pisces are selfless and are very focused on their journey of life , but they have a hard time giving themselves a self-care day. This sign is artistic and creative, they tend to think outside the box a lot more than the other signs. Pisces make great friends and will give you their undivided attention, they will always make sure you stay happy whenever you’re around them.
